Charge conference season, without the scanner.
Every fall, a district office runs the same paper machine: publish twenty-some PDF forms — reports of the pastor, trustees, and finance committee, lay servant reports, consultation forms, delegate elections, minutes — then spend the season chasing churches for them, opening scanned attachments, re-typing what came in, and keeping a spreadsheet of who still owes what.
The forms are already "digital." But they're digital paper. Docket makes them actual forms.
What Docket does
Upload the fillable PDFs the district already uses. Docket reads the fields and drafts the online version automatically; anything it can't read gets built in a simple form builder instead. Your forms stay your forms.
Each church gets a link. The pastor sees the pastor's forms, the SPRC chair theirs, the lay leader theirs — routed by role, saved as drafts, submitted with a typed signature and date. No printing, no scanning, no "which version is current?"
Consultation forms are evaluations. The SPRC's form about the pastor is never visible to the pastor; the pastor's form goes to the superintendent alone. Access is enforced in the data itself, not by politeness.
A churches-by-forms grid tells the superintendent at a glance who is ready for their charge conference date. Reminder emails go out automatically as deadlines approach.

Sealed forms are counted for completion but readable only by district staff.
A church that insists on emailing a filled PDF? The office drops it into Docket and the data lands in the same place as everyone else's.
Any online submission can be written back into the original PDF, filled in — the district's archival format, preserved exactly, with zero retyping. Every form also exports to CSV or Excel through a saved column mapping, shaped to fit whatever database the district or conference already uses.
Clone this year's packet, swap in whatever forms the conference updated, set the new deadline. Done.
